This Small Business Saturday, we’re taking a moment to reflect on how far we’ve come, the challenges we’ve faced, and the incredible community that helped us get here. It’s a story of resilience, twists, and of course, pretzels.

On November 24 around 3pm, York City Pretzel Company passed their York City Health Inspection and posted a "super secret pretzel club" soft opening at 3:07pm.

From 2015 to 2019, we served up a fan-favorite dish at our York City Pretzel Company bakery in Downtown York, PA: Seasoned Soft Pretzel Stuffing. We’re feeling nostalgic as we approach our 10-year anniversary and wanted to share how you can bring this delicious tradition back to life in your own kitchen.
