Meagan and Philip meet Jordan on the Baron Von Schwein food truck at the Mashup Food Truck Park in Harrisburg, PA. This meeting would ultimately launch a food truck festival, a brick-and-mortar BBQ restaurant, a pretzel company, a food truck, a brunch joint and the best pizza in York, PA.

Got too big for our britches and announced the opening of our second location in Intercourse, PA. Unfortunately for us, it wasn't an April Fool's joke. The location, in a heavy tourist area that focused on tours and retail, ultimately didn't work with our business model and Intercourse closed in May 2016.

February 2015

Got too big for our britches again and launched the York City Pretzel truck, a natural progression for our owners who brought food trucks to York City with the foodstruck festival in 2013. The truck operated successfully at festivals and private events for about three years. While no longer slinging our pretzels, the truck itself lives on today as the Vampire Taco Truck (another business of ours).

Relocated to our bakery to Emigsville, just north of York City. After two years of developing our online business, The Pretzel Company, it was time to close our downtown York bakery. We needed a loading dock, more power, and room to grow.

Introduced our flow wrapper, which enables us to wrap our signature soft pretzels individually. This upgrade enhances shipping protection, extends shelf life, and ensures we are delivering a higher-quality product than ever before.
