what does "preorder" mean?
these nuggets are an online exclusive, stocked in limited quantities. preordering reserves your box before they sell out — you're claiming a spot in the first run.
when will i be charged?
today. paying now is what locks in your reservation. no payment, no held spot.
when will it ship?
your box ships november 10th through november 13th, in time for thanksgiving. you'll get tracking as soon as it's on the way.
how do i serve them?
they arrive ready to heat. if serving from frozen, sit them on the counter while you preheat your oven to 350°f. brush with melted butter, sprinkle on salt, then bake for about 5-7 minutes. let cool and enjoy. bite-sized, so they're ready faster than a full pretzel.
can i send it as a gift?
yes — add a gift note at checkout. we never include prices in the box. heads up: your card is charged at preorder, not at delivery.
where do you ship?
all 48 contiguous u.s. states via ups. we can't ship to p.o. boxes, apo/fpo addresses, or internationally.
what if i don't love it?
email csteam@thepretzelcompany.com within 24 hours of delivery. we'll replace it, refund it, or find a way to make it right. we stand by what we bake. always have.
