Just click the "join now" button in the corner of your screen and create an account! You’ll get 200 points just for signing up to get you started on your journey from Nugget tier to the Legendary tier.
Pretzel Points are the currency of our loyalty program. You earn them on every purchase and through special actions like reviews and social follows. As you collect more points, you move through our VIP tiers—Nugget, Braid, Signature, and Legendary—to unlock bigger rewards and better earning rates.
To make sure every point hits your account, you must be logged in and complete these actions directly through our Rewards Panel (the "Pretzel Points" button in the corner of your screen):
Shop & Earn: Earn 10 points for every $1 spent on every order. As you level up to Signature or Legendary status, you’ll automatically unlock higher earning rates of 12 to 15 points per $1.
Celebrate a Birthday: Enter your birthday in the "Celebrate a birthday" section of the panel to receive 200 points on your big day.
Write a Review: Share your thoughts through our Judge.me review prompts to earn 200 points.
Social Follows: You must click the specific Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook links inside the rewards panel to instantly register your 50 points for each platform.
Spread the Word: Use your unique referral link found in the panel to invite friends and earn bonus points when they make their first purchase.
Redeeming your points for pretzels and dips is a simple three-step process:
Enter the Loyalty Hub: Click the "Loyalty Hub" tab in your account menu.
Redeem: Scroll to the "Spend pretzel points" section and click "Redeem" on the reward you want (e.g., $5 off, $10 off, or Free Shipping).
Our program has four levels based on your lifetime points:
Nugget: 0 points.
Braid: 350 points.
Signature: 1,250 points.
Legendary: 3,000 points.
To protect your hard-earned rewards from "coupon scraper" sites, our codes are locked to your account email.
Login Required: You must be logged into your account to use a reward code.
Account Match: The email on your order must match the email on your rewards account.
Our system allows for one discount code per order. If you have multiple rewards, pick your favorite for today and save the rest for your next pretzel craving!
