Your pretzels arrive individually wrapped in freezer-safe bags with the salt on the side. It is perfectly normal for the box to arrive at room temperature.

These are plant-based bread products made with simple ingredients. Because they do not contain sensitive animal products, they are safe to travel at ambient temperatures. Our dips are also shelf stable until opened.

Eat what you want when they arrive and put the rest in the freezer within 24 hours. This locks in the quality and keeps them fresh for when you are ready for more.

Our traditional soft pretzels are made with simple ingredients: flour, water, yeast, salt, brown sugar, and non-GMO canola oil. However, they are produced in a facility that also handles soy (Vanilla Sweet Deal's vanilla glaze), dairy (White Sharp Cheddar Cheese Spread), and wheat products (all of our pretzels).

We do not process nuts, dairy, or meat products.

While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from trace amounts of these allergens. If you have specific allergen concerns, please contact us directly for more detailed information.

We ship to all 50 states via FedEx and UPS.

Because our pretzels are fresh and preservative-free, they have a short fuse. They simply won’t survive the long journey to P.O. boxes, military bases (APO/FPO), or international addresses. If we can’t guarantee it arrives fresh, we won't send it.

We keep our circle tight to ensure that when you open that box, it’s exactly what you’re expecting.

The Queue
Once you place your order, check your confirmation email to ensure your shipping address is perfect. Your order then joins our baking line. We typically take 4 to 7 business days to reach your order in the queue.

The Label
We use your shipping label as our order ticket. When we print it, a tracking number is automatically generated and emailed to you. If the link shows no movement for a few days, do not worry. It just means your order is staged and waiting for its turn in the oven.

The Bake
Our bakers hand-twist and bake every pretzel with care. To ensure maximum freshness, we bake and ship your order on the very same day. Once the carrier scans your box that evening, you will see the tracking link update.

The Arrival
Unbox your pretzels as soon as they arrive. Set aside what you want to eat today and put the rest in the freezer immediately. They will stay fresh for up to 90 days when frozen.

Our Guarantee
We stand by what we bake. If your order is delayed, damaged, or you’re simply not happy, email csteam@thepretzelcompany.com within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll replace it, refund it, or find a way to make it right.

The Logistics
Once FedEx or UPS picks up your box, we no longer move the package ourselves—they do. While we can’t control their drivers or the weather, we can control how we take care of you if something goes wrong.
