Most orders ship within 5-7 business days of being placed, but this can vary depending on weather, carrier notices, staff availability, current order volume, federal holidays, and production schedule.
We are only able to ship Monday-Thursday. Some addresses are not eligible for Saturday delivery and will be held until the next week.
If you are shipping to a business that is closed on certain days, please contact us so your packages are not delayed.
You will receive an email once we print your shipping label and add it to our production queue to be fulfilled, an email once FedEx or UPS is in possession of your package, and an email once delivered.
If you receive a carrier exception email, please reach out to us before contacting your carrier. In some cases, this just means your shipping label was reprinted.
If you feel that your pretzels are taking awhile to arrive, please use our contact form so we can assist!
At The Pretzel Company, we send you bakery fresh pretzels with zero added preservatives.
This means our pretzels have a much shorter life-span compared to products in the bread aisle of the grocery store.
While our pretzels are dairy and egg free and can handle being warm while they make their way to your doorstep-They will need frozen within 24 hours of delivery for them to keep fresh.
Should your pretzels arrive with mold due to delays in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to receive a new box of fresh pretzels. Please include your order number when reaching out.
Customer service is available to help you with your order Sunday-Thursday via our contact form at the top of the page. We are not set up for over the phone customer service at this time and apologize for any inconvenience.
