We were really excited to receive our first order but were disappointed. First warming in the convection oven with rubbed water and salt. Second with butter at 375 degrees.. Mediocre texture and flavor. The 3rd in the toaster. BIG difference in texture and flavor! I originally wasn't going to submit a bad review because of how fast, quality and local people working hard making handmade pretzels wouldn't be right. Now....., my compliments!

Pretzels were delicious
I usually don't buy items listed on Facebook because there are a lot of scams/junk/ect listed. Not this one, it's the real deal.
I got my first shipment of the signature box the other day and my first impression was just how large these pretzels are. They arrive fast and shrink wrapped so they stay fresh in shipment and storage. And you can easily tell they were recently made. All they need is a reheat in your oven. Instructions come enclosed with your order on storage and reheating. You will be instructed to place the pretzels in the freezer for extended storage, but only they require about an hour at room temperature to get them ready for reheating from the freezer.
As for the mustard and dips. There are plenty to choose from. I spotted the dill pickle mustard, and I just had to get it. I just can't find it anywhere else. Not only did it bring my pretzel to a whole new level, but it also made for a fantastic condiment for the pastrami sandwich I made. And I can't wait to try it on a hamburger.
As for the pretzels themselves, they are indeed nice and warm and soft inside with a slight crispness on the outside. When you reheat them, they turn into like the ones like you buy at county fairs, carnivals, parades, ballgames, and other events. And they are indeed big. So big in fact that you can easily share one pretzel with another person.
Oh yes, you got a permanent customer with me. At least one Facebook advertisement was useful to me. :)
