Most orders ship within 5-7 days of
being placed, but this can vary depending on weather and temperature delays,
carrier notices, and production schedule.

Orders are shipped Monday through
Thursday via UPS Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, or FedEx 2nd Day Air depending onyour region.

Unbox your pretzels as soon as they arrive. Enjoy a few within 24 hours, and place the rest in the freezer to keep them fresh for up to three months (90 days).

Each pretzel is baked and shipped the same day, never frozen, so you can taste them at their peak. We don’t use chemical preservatives, which gives a better, fresher flavor but also means a shorter shelf life.

1) Heat toaster oven, conventional oven, or air-fryer to 350 degree F

2) Spray water or brush melted butter to lightly moisten your
pretzels

3) Apply desired amount of salt or cinnamon sugar to pretzels

4) Place on a cookie sheet or directly on the rack

5) Heat for 3-5 minutes or until your desired crispness

Each box holds over 40 ounces of our hand-twisted, freshly baked pretzels. You’ll unwrap a surprise mix of 2–3 kinds, from golden Signature Twisted Pretzels and hearty Monster-Sized Pretzels to bite-sized Nuggets and soft, pillowy Braids. Every bite is warm, chewy, and full of real Pennsylvania pretzel tradition.
