The pretzels are delicious. I couldnt use the mustard that came with because UPS damaged the box and it broke. I emailed customer service and they are sending a replacement. I will be ordering again

Received my pretzels and immediately opened to find perfectly wrapped beautiful pretzels along with salt and dipping sauces! I was thrilled. Read and follows directions. Had one to try, delicious. So glad I tried the pretzel company. And best yet it’s in my back yard!!!
This is a great box to get. Arrived safe and sound and i started baking one as soon as it arrived. taste was fantastic. put the rest in the freezer per instructions. thanks for a great product that I have on reaccuring subscription.
I received my box of pretzels and a lovely array of condiments - even the salt. of course, I couldn't wait to try one. I followed the directions and put the others in the freezer. Then I went to my porch and savored my pretzel. It was wonderful. I especially like the sweet mustard. I definitely will be ordering more.

Pretzels very good and easy to prepare. Cheese spread came open and messy. Shipping needs attention.
My grandaughter Grace who is 8 years old loves the large soft pretzel she's only ever had them @ the fair or a ballgame I'd bring her to. When I told her i was able to order them she was thrilled, now she feels grown up as she takes one from freezer thaws it out rubs the top with butter and then salts her own pretzel! I place it the oven while she sets the timer and counts down to her pretzel snack,thanks for your delicious product and the ease of ordering.
Special surprise gift for my wife's birthday month. She Loves pretzels and these are excellent! Look forward to ordering the sourdough beer pretzels next time.
