I always loved the pretzels I had when visiting Manhattan. Every now and then I take a chance trying home baked soft salted pretzels but we’re always not good at all. I saw an ad on The Pretzel Company and although I was skeptical I took a chance after watching their videos and reading reviews. I finally pulled the trigger and purchased the signature box which came with 8 pretzels and a bag of pretzel salt. I read directions over and over making sure I would heat them up correctly. Also, the customer service is excellent. They responded to a question I had on how to apply the salt and the tip they gave me was excellent. Can’t believe I found pretzels that are beyond the quality of any pretzels like I used to find in Manhattan. They are soft and airy and with the pretzel salt I now can enjoy the perfect pretzel.
