Our pretzels arrive individually wrapped in freezer-safe bags with the salt on the side. It is perfectly normal for the box to arrive at room temperature.

We make plant-based bread products with simple ingredients. Because our pretzels do not contain sensitive animal products, they are safe to travel at ambient temperatures. Our dips are also shelf-stable until opened.

These are still fresh, perishable products and should be frozen if not being enjoyed right away.

Eat what you want when they arrive and put the rest in the freezer within 24 hours. This locks in the quality and keeps them fresh for when you are ready for more.

Our facility is nut-free. We do not process peanuts or tree nuts in our bakery.Our traditional soft pretzels are made with simple ingredients: flour, water, yeast, salt, brown sugar, and non-GMO canola oil. However, our facility does handle the following:

• Wheat: Used in all of our pretzels.
• Soy: Used in our vanilla glaze.
• Dairy: Used in our White Sharp Cheddar Cheese Spread.
• Honey: Used in our Sweet Hot Honey Mustard.
• Sesame Seeds: used in our everything bagel seasoning

We take careful precautions to prevent cross-contamination, but we cannot guarantee that our products are entirely free from trace amounts of these specific allergens. If you have a severe allergy or specific concerns, please reach out to us directly.

We ship to all 48 contiguous states via UPS.

Because our pretzels are bakery-fresh + use minimal preservatives, they have a shorter shelf life.

This is why we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, military bases (APO/FPO), PMBs, or international addresses. If we can’t guarantee it arrives fresh, we won't send it.

Once you place your order, check your confirmation email to ensure your shipping address is perfect.

Your order then joins our queue. It typically takes 5 to 10 business days for your order to reach the front of the queue. Recipients that are further than 1000 miles from us can only have their order shipped on Monday/Tuesday and may wait a bit longer in line.

Once we print your shipping label and organize it with similar orders, you will receive a tracking link via email.

If the link shows no movement for a few days, do not worry. It just means your order is staged and waiting to be fulfilled with fresh pretzels.

To ensure maximum freshness, we bake and ship your order on the very same day. Once the carrier scans your box that evening, you will see the tracking link update.

Once your order arrives, unbox your pretzels, set aside what you want to eat today, and put the rest in the freezer immediately. They will stay fresh for up to 90 days when frozen.

Our Guarantee
We stand by what we bake. If your order is delayed, damaged, or you’re simply not happy, email csteam@thepretzelcompany.com within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll replace it, refund it, or find a way to make it right.

Once FedEx or UPS picks up your box, we no longer move the package ourselves—they do. While we can’t control their drivers or the weather, we can control how we take care of you if something goes wrong.
